A few months ago I bought three parenting books because I felt it was “irresponsible” not to since I’m about to have a baby. Never read a single word and retuned them a few weeks later. I think something in me knew that the journey is meant to be intuitive. And this was confirmation of that. You also brought awareness to HUGE root that I’ve been stuck on for years with my own mother. One that I’m currently dealing with. This was perfect. Thank you 🙏🏽🤍

I feel deeply called to start going to the Schools and sharing my experience with my trade school that I had the opportunity to experience in high school. To Share with these beautiful students that maybe school doesn't always resonate with them. I am forever grateful that, I was able to go to cosmetology school in high school and not have to go to college, which was just not in my taste.

Have been feeling deep guilt in parenting when I do not handle myself in the best way, when I remind myself of the harmful ways my mother parented me. This is a work in progress, but the reminder that the repair is so essential. This I always make sure to do because I never received it. Feeling lighter. Much needed message. Bless you 🙏
Earlier today I was sitting with a thought around parenting and wondering if I was taking the right approach on things. My goal is always to do what feels the most aligned and natural but then a silly thought pops in that I’ve never read a parenting book and maybe I’ve got this all wrong because of that. I know deep down it’s not true but sometimes the doubt sneaks in - this post came at the perfect time, thank you .

It really heals so, so much. Honu and I used to argue daily and with consistent repair, we don’t anymore. Never. It’s so peaceful now. Bless you ❤️
